Yes, it’s true… once again we exercised the flexibility and strength of our muscles, barely recovered from our last Rock Climbing Excursion. This time, we went to Inner Peaks with a smaller crowd including: Rachel and David Allison, Elizabeth Lyle, and Julianna, Christine, Peter and Mary Squicciarini. It was SO much fun. As you know, we had one Hot Rocklast time, and this time with four other friends who haven’t climbed it, we were still wondering if they’d make it to the top. So we had the Hot Rock, and what we call the Cold Rock (taken as a suggestion from Mr. Boyd). The Cold Rock was the hardest rock that any of us climbed… also referred to as the Hard Wall. There was a very hard angle at which you hung, and had to grip metal caribbeaner clips to keep yourself from swinging out and loosing your holds. It was extremely hard, and once again, a Squicciarini made it to the top first. :D Also, we had lunch first… as opposed to last time when we had it as a dinner afterward. I wouldn’t do that again, because it’s a little heavier. All that pizza weight has to be pulled up onto every rock! :| No worries, we all had no problem! In all, the event was highly successful and we can’t WAIT till next time!!
