The visitors from New York have returned to the fatherland…that is, Uncle Freddie & Aunt Stephanie have left. We were sorry to see them go, but due to Aunt Stephanie’s influence, they did stay an extra half-day and night with us. So they were here to see the end of the Feast of Unleavened Bread (which is good, because having nothing to offer our out-of-town guests except matzah was getting old), when we went out to dinner as a family.
We are hoping for another visit from our dear relatives very soon! Maybe sometime this fall or winter…

Ah, the tearful goodbye’s… they were so thoughtful. We actually got up early to see them off. It was sleep-in-late morning, so the alarm was a ‘BIG THING’ for us. In fact, we went back to sleep as soon as they left, just to catch up from the ’stay up till midnight’ game night, the night before. (How many times did I just say night?)

Unanimously, we vehemently wish they dwelt in a vicinity rather more conveniently situated toward our Residence. Perhaps time will favorably alter the current circumstances.

In other words, when can we expect the Sponge Candy Factory, or the Squicciarini B&B, or the Italian Pasta Shop to open?

But my dear, the Squicciarini B&B is already open! Haven’t you seen our monogrammed pillow cases?
