Just a quick note to our loyal readers: this Wednesday, April 21, is Banana Day. This day is traditionally celebrated by (of course) eating bananas, drinking banana-flavored drinks (such as shakes or eclectic coffee smoothies), indulging in banana desserts (like banana splits, Bananas Foster, or banana souffles), flavoring regular foods with banana liqueur, and wearing yellow. 😀
Bananas are incredibly healthy for you, and have been found to raise SAT scores. Check out general health benefits here.
